VOLUNTEER & BOUNCE FOR FREE!
Have you ever wondered what the secret is to running The World’s Biggest Bounce House? Our Volunteers! Seriously, we couldn’t do it without you!
Our awesome volunteers work alongside crew members to assist with check-in, pumping up the crowd, staffing the inflatables and overseeing the safety of our participants.
In return for a 4 hour shift they receive 3 ‘Access All Areas’ passes to enjoy with family and friends. This includes 3 hours access to America’s Biggest Inflatable Obstacle Course and airSPACE, plus a timed session on The World’s Biggest Bounce House. They also receive a Big Bounce America gift that you won’t find in our merchandise shop and bragging rights to all!
- Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm and 12:00pm – 4:00pm and 3:30pm – 7:30pm
- Sunday: 8:30am – 12:30pm and 12:00pm – 4:00pm
Please Note: Volunteers helping during the Sunday 12:00pm – 4:00pm shift should plan to arrive to check-in with a Photo I.D. for an Event Session on Sunday that takes place prior to the start of their shift in order to redeem their complimentary passes.

- Volunteers must be 18 or older.
- Each volunteer must sign up individually and may only sign up for 1 spot per shift.
- Each volunteer must sign a waiver.
- All volunteers will need to drop off their photo I.D. with the on-site volunteer coordinator when they check-in for their shift.
- All passes must be used during the weekend you volunteered. Please note that event session times are subject to change.
We ask that you please wear closed toed shoes (i.e. sneakers or boots), socks (must have on to enter any of the inflatables), as well as comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. Please keep in mind that this is a family friendly event and your clothing needs to reflect that. (I.e., absolutely no short, shorts or spaghetti strap tank tops.) We strongly recommend bringing sunscreen with you and to reapply throughout your shift.
You will receive your passes once you have completed your volunteer shift and arrive to the event session you wish to redeem them for. Below is a helpful Volunteer Pass Redemption Schedule:
Saturday 8:30am – 12:30pm Volunteers
You may redeem your passes after your shift on Saturday or during Sunday’s event sessions.
Saturday 12:00pm – 4:00pm Volunteers
You may redeem your passes at the adult session from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm or during any session on Sunday
Saturday 3:30pm – 7:30pm Volunteers
You may redeem your passes on Sunday.
Sunday 8:30am – 12:30pm Volunteers
You may redeem your passes after your shift.
Sunday 12:00pm – 4:00pm Volunteers
You must plan to arrive to bounce in an event session that takes place prior to the start of this volunteer shift. Please arrive 30-45 minutes before the event session to check-in with the on-site coordinator. You will have to have a Driver’s License or Photo I.D. to turn over in exchange for your volunteer passes. Once you have completed your volunteer shift, your ID will be given back to you!
