Ticket sales are final, and refunds arenβt available in most circumstances. The exceptions are if youβre eligible under our weather and date change policy, or if youβve purchased Ticket Protector and use it before the event weekend.

Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate your request.

Attending the Event
Give yourself a bit of a head start β arriving shortly before your session start time means no rushing and the full time to enjoy the experience. Bring your QR code (from your confirmation email) and we’ll swap it for a wristband so you’re good to go.
Late arrival will not stop you from entering, but your 3-hour session will not be extended.
We genuinely mean it when we say anyone from 0 to 100 is welcome. We split into sessions so everyone gets an experience tailored to them:
Ages 7 & under β Junior Session
Ages 15 & under β Bigger Kids Session
Mixed-age families? β Choose the session for your youngest child so everyone can bounce together
Ages 16+ β Adult Only Session (yes, just for grown-ups!)
See the Session Types section for above the full details on each.
No. Only children aged 3 & under must be accompanied onto the inflatables by a parent or carer who has their own Jumper Ticket β they cannot enter the inflatables alone.
Yes β everyone attending the event requires a ticket, whether they’re bouncing or not. Here’s how it breaks down:
Planning to bounce with the kids? β Jumper Ticket (same session as your child)
Coming along to watch? β Visitor Pass Ticket β full access to the site, seating, food vendors and atmosphere, just without the jumping
Important: Children aged 3 & under must be accompanied onto the inflatables by a parent or carer who has their own Jumper Ticket β they cannot enter the inflatables alone.
The only strict age rule is for the Adult Only Session (16+) β no one under 16 is permitted.
All other sessions are open to all ages:
Ages 7 & under β Junior Session
Ages 15 & under β Bigger Kids Session
Mixed-age families? β Choose the session for your oldest child so everyone can bounce together
Ages 16+ β Adult Only Session (yes, just for grown-ups!)
Yes, and these apply across all inflatables:
β Maximum weight: 245lbs (all attractions)
β The World’s Biggest Bounce House: max height 85 inches (7’1″”)
β All other attractions: max height 76 inches (6’4″”)
Scales and measuring equipment are available on site. Anyone exceeding these limits won’t be able to use the inflatables β this is for everyone’s safety.
Absolutely β everyone’s welcome at the event, whether you’re bouncing or just cheering from the sidelines. Just keep in mind that every person entering the event grounds must have a valid ticket. If you’re not jumping, a Visitor Pass ticket is what you need. It gives you full access to the site β seating areas, food vendors, the atmosphere β just not the inflatables.
Very young infants being worn in a carrier or sling on the inflatables don’t need their own ticket.
Not even close. Thereβs no required fitness level β just find a pace that works for you.
Go all out on every obstacle, or relax on a giant inflatable sofa and watch the fun unfold. Thereβs zero pressure β come as you are and do as much or as little as feels right.
What to Expect
Three full hours of access. Within that you get:
β A dedicated timed slot on The World’s Biggest Bounce House (allocated as you pick up your wristbands on arrival)
β Unlimited access to The Giant, Sport Slam, and airSPACE for the rest of your session
There’s also seating, shaded areas, and food vendors on site β so whether you’re going non-stop or taking it steady on a Visitor Pass ticket, there’s plenty to keep everyone happy for the full 3 hours.
Socks are manatory on all inflatables β no bare feet, no shoes. We sell our branded gripper socks on site, or bring your own. Packing a spare pair is a good move so you’ve got a fresh set for after.
Flip flops or crocs are handy for moving between attractions. There’s a covered shoe zone to leave footwear while you’re inside.
Beyond socks, just dress for the weather and your own comfort. Nothing too restrictive.
More than you’d expect. Inside you’ll find a DJ, basketball hoops, obstacle courses, climbing towers, a giant external slide into a ball pit, oversized inflatable sofas, giant inflatable characters to climb on and photograph, food trucks, shopping β and quite a few surprises we’ll leave for you to discover on the day.
Think of the whole thing as a family festival, not just a bounce session. Between attractions you’ll find inflatable chill-out zones, food and drink vendors, and an MC keeping the energy and atmosphere going throughout. The kind of day the kids talk about for weeks.
We keep a very close eye on the forecast and take safety seriously. Light rain isn’t usually a problem. In the case of thunderstorms, high winds, or genuinely unsafe conditions, we may need to postpone, cancel, or adjust individual sessions.
If anything changes, you’ll hear from us by email as soon as a decision is made.
Most of our events run through the summer, so it pays to come prepared. Sunscreen, water, and lightweight clothing are all sensible. We have shaded areas throughout the site so you can cool down between sessions β and if you’ve got smaller kids in particular, it’s worth making use of those regularly.
That’s always the goal and what we work hard to deliver. On rare occasions something outside our control means we need to adjust or substitute certain elements of the experience. Where that happens, we’ll let you know ahead of time wherever possible. Our full policy on this is available on the website.
Parking is available at or close to the venue. Some locations charge for it β if yours does, we’ll let you know in advance through the event guide that lands in your inbox the day before. Cards and cash are both accepted where parking fees apply.
We aim for 3β6 food and drink vendors at each stop, with a range of options. At most locations, you’re welcome to bring a cooler with your own food and drinks β particularly useful if you’ve got dietary requirements or fussy eaters in tow. We’ll confirm the specifics for your event beforehand.
Camera phones are completely welcome β in fact, some of the best content we’ve ever seen has been shot inside by guests. Just make sure yours is secure before you go full bounce mode.
Between every session, with focused attention on high-contact areas. There’s also a thorough deep clean carried out each day, plus regular specialist cleaning treatments throughout the event. Cleanliness is something we take seriously β no corners cut.
Yes β guests who are pregnant are welcome to attend. However, we recommend using your own judgement when it comes to the inflatables.
Surfaces can be uneven and unpredictable, and balance may be affected. If youβre unsure, a Visitor Pass Ticket is a great option β you can still enjoy the atmosphere and be part of the day without going on the inflatables.
Strollers are welcome at the event β there’s a designated area to park them. For bags and belongings, there’s a self-managed Sneaker Storage tent (leave shoes there β just don’t leave valuables, as it’s unmanned). Lockers are also available on a first-come, first-served basis for anything you want properly secured. Allow a bit of extra arrival time if you’re planning to use one.
No pets are allowed.
Safety & Lost Children
Please find a member of staff immediately β weβre here to help. Our team will issue a Lost Child alert and ask for a description of your child, including what theyβre wearing and where they were last seen.
Once located, your child will be safely brought to the Parent & Child Meetup Point and looked after by our team until youβre reunited.
Any child who can’t find their adult should go straight to any member of staff. They’ll raise a Lost Parent alert, walk the child safely to the Parent & Child Meetup Point, and stay with them until a parent or guardian arrives. No child is ever left unattended during this process.
