Weather & Date/Time Policy
WEATHER POLICY
The safety of our customers and staff comes first and in the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that would pose a risk, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via email, sms, and on the Facebook event page (sign up for updates for your town at https://facebook.com/thebigbounceamerica/events)
DATE CHANGE POLICY
On rare occasions, we may have to reschedule the event. If ticket holders cannot attend the rescheduled date they are entitled to transfer into an equivalent session (subject to availability) on any other upcoming date of the tour or to apply for a refund. Refunds will be processed 5-7 working days after the rescheduled event date. Big Bounce America LLC will not be responsible for any consequential losses incurred as a result of a date change (cost of hotels, travel etc).
SESSION TIME POLICY
For logistical reasons we may need to change the time of your session, either moving the start time forward or moving it backward. We will endeavor to give as much notice of these time changes as possible. In the event of a same-day session change time change there will be no refunds available.
EVENT OFFERING CHANGES
Our goal is always to deliver the full ‘Big Bounce’ experience. On rare occasions this may not be possible due to unforeseen logistical issues. In these circumstances we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw individual elements of the event. Where possible we will communicate this in advance.
